2. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.
4. Payments
Fees are due at purchase and processed by third-party providers. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method.
5. Refunds
We provide a 14-day refund on individual courses if you have completed less than 20% of the content. Bundles and enterprise deals may have separate terms.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not interfere with the platform or other users.
- Do not circumvent access controls or share non-public materials.
- Do not upload malicious code or content that violates laws or rights.
7. Disclaimers
Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee specific results, certifications, or employment outcomes.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Smoothlake Gradient will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the platform or users.
